Jens got his first job in the industry as an animator on Age of Conan in 2007 after completing a three year Computer Games Art course at University of Teesside. He quickly developed his skills to include developing MaxScript tools, rigging characters and resolving technical issues in the art pipeline. This naturally progressed into him obtaining the Animation Lead position during the development of the Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer expansion. In 2010 he Joined forces with Terje and Mats at Arctic Hazard and have been the go to person for technical know how for the company ever since.
Mats Tveita started his professional game industry work at Funcom Oslo a/s in 2004 after a 3 year Graphical study in Norway. After the release of Dreamfall: The Longest Journey in 2006, Mats moved on to Funcoms MMO team as gfx artist, where he later also took up the role as Lead Artist on Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures (2008) and Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer (2010).
Mats left Funcom in the fall of 2009 to found Arctic Hazard Game Studio togheter with Terje Lundberg
Terje has been in the industry for over a decade working on several international online game
titles like Anarchy Online and Age of Conan. He has a diverse background within the game industry and been holding key positions throughout his career as Lead World designer, Lead Artist and Producer. In 2009 he parted ways with his former employer and founded Arctic Hazard Game Studio togheter with Mats Tveita.
